Lior Noy

Lior Noy has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Lior started their career as a Consultant at Tefen in 2000 before moving on to Applied Materials as a Quality Information Systems specialist in 2001. Lior then worked as an ERP Implementor at Comview Visual Systems in 2002.

In 2003, Lior joined Xioma Information Solutions as an SAP Business One Sales Manager. Lior held this position until 2007 when they became a Product Marketing Expert at Amdocs.

Between 2008 and 2010, Lior served as Manager of ENOVIA Channel Sales at Dassault Systemes. Lior later worked at Xioma Information Solutions again, this time as VP of Sales and Business Development for SAP from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Lior joined Google and started as an Industry Manager. Lior then progressed to the role of Industry Head in 2015 and further promoted to Senior Industry Head in 2017. From 2019, they held the position of Head of Startups and VCs Growth at Google, and as of 2023, they became the Head of Startups and Strategic Partnerships.

In 2021, Lior took on a new role as Business Development IL at X, the moonshot factory.

Lior started their educational journey in 1998 at Tel Aviv University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Lior successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2002. Lior furthered their education by enrolling in Tel Aviv University once again, this time for an MBA degree in Business. Lior studied from 2005 to 2008 and successfully obtained their MBA, specializing in the field of Business.
