Looper Insights is a fast growing scale up in the Video on Demand (VoD) industry focused on providing data and insights across Connected TV (CTV) and web stores. Our B2B SaaS analytics has been licensed by many of the big Global streamers and Hollywood studios in the last 18 months. We are about to go after a new untapped market.

Our product is an innovative and unique SaaS analytics solution, presenting data captured by our own hardware and software. We analyse product positioning for any app, content and streaming service shown in the digital User Interface (UI) of connected devices.

Clients need visibility of their products to create promotions that drive their sales, views, customer acquisition and help reduce customer churn in the hyper competitive world of streaming services. We are the first mover in this new category.

We have established data labs in 21 countries to collect data and analyse insights on Film and TV placement. We provide data for marketers to get full visibility on the correlation between promotions, sales spikes, ROI on promotions and insights they can use to plan strategies and tactics which improve their overall ROI. Our clients include VoD stores, Film/TV Studios and Broadcasters.

The role
We are looking for an experienced Partner Program Manager for this exciting new opportunity to launch and build a Partner Program at Looper Insights.

Responsibilities will include:
Program Strategy and Development

  • Define the overall strategy and objectives of partner programs in alignment with our company goals and market needs.

  • Identify potential partners and assess their suitability for collaboration based on criteria such as industry expertise, market reach, and complementary offerings.

  • Develop program frameworks, including incentive structures, revenue-sharing models, and joint marketing initiatives.
    Partner Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Actively recruit new partners through targeted outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.

  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, providing them with the necessary training, resources, and support to integrate seamlessly into the program.

  • Establish clear guidelines and expectations for partners regarding performance metrics, reporting requirements, and compliance with contractual agreements.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication, collaboration, and feedback sessions.

  • Address partner enquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and productive partnership experience.
    Performance Tracking and Analysis

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partner programs.

  • Implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor partner performance, identify trends, and evaluate program effectiveness.
    Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product and finance, to align partner initiatives with broader business strategies.

  • Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement activities to leverage partner capabilities and resources.

Contract Management and Compliance

  • Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions are fair, comprehensive, and legally compliant.

  • Monitor partner adherence to contractual obligations, such as sales targets, revenue thresholds, and branding guidelines.
    Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for program innovation and differentiation.

  • Solicit feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to gather insights into program performance and areas for enhancement.

  • Iterate on program design, processes, and policies based on feedback and market dynamics to drive continuous improvement and maintain competitiveness.

What we're looking for

  • Experience of launching and building a partner program within a scale up of less than $10m ARR

  • Proven record of growing a scale up beyond $10m ARR

  • Ability to manage up to 20 partners

  • Ability to manage the sales channel including training, running incentives and driving the channel to deliver year on year growth

  • Strategic vision on how to build and deploy the program

  • Ruthless focus on selecting the right partners and nurturing them

  • Hands on approach to running the partner program

  • Understanding of CTV, Streaming, Media companies would be a plus
