Looper Insights is a fast growing scale up in the Video on Demand (VoD) industry focused on providing data and insights across Connected TV (CTV) and web stores. Our B2B SaaS analytics has been licensed by many of the big Global streamers and Hollywood studios in the last 18 months. We are about to go after a new untapped market.

Our product is an innovative and unique SaaS analytics solution, presenting data captured by our own hardware and software. We analyse product positioning for any app, content and streaming service shown in the digital User Interface (UI) of connected devices. 

Clients need visibility of their products to create promotions that drive their sales, views, customer acquisition and help reduce customer churn in the hyper competitive world of streaming services. We are the first mover in this new category.

We have established data labs in 21 countries to collect data and analyse insights on Film and TV placement. We provide data for marketers to get full visibility on the correlation between promotions, sales spikes, ROI on promotions and insights they can use to plan strategies and tactics which improve their overall ROI. Our clients include VoD stores, Film/TV Studios and Broadcasters.

The role

Looper Insights is looking for a highly motivated sales development representative (SDR), who will be reporting into the VP Marketing/Sales, and the key responsibilities are generating sales qualified leads and pipeline through a mix of outbound and inbound prospecting activities. 

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales qualified opportunities and pipeline through a mix of outbound and inbound prospecting activities.

  • Be proficient at all of the following funnel stages: prospecting, intro calls, discovery calls.

  • Account mapping/sourcing qualified leads that fit our target personas.

  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research and social media to introduce our company's product and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

  • Analyse and identify how Looper Insights can solve our prospects' engagement and retention challenges.

  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.

  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

  • Work with the marketing team in converting inbound leads for handoff to sales.

  • Work with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue goals along with other KPIs.

  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, documents are attached, and sales development dashboards are up to date.

  • Share best practice processes across the team and adopt new best practices for success.

What we're looking for

  • Must be able to work on UK schedule

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

  • Previous SDR experience at an enterprise SaaS company

  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing remote environment

  • Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to read the room and adapt your style, pitch or communication channels

  • Strong listening, conversation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • You're comfortable collaborating with multiple teams, including sales development, marketing, and sales to help drive results

  • Experience using a CRM (customer relationship management) system, web-conferencing software, and/or sales enablement tools
