John Guercio

John Guercio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John most recently worked as a Recruiter at Loop, where they focused on recruiting for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles and technical areas such as Information Technology. Prior to that, they were a Technical Recruiter at Path Robotics, where they specialized in sourcing for the CV/AI team and supported full-cycle recruitment for computer vision and machine learning engineer roles.

Before their time at Loop and Path Robotics, John worked at CoverMyMeds, initially as an Account Coordinator and later as a Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator. In these roles, they managed the flow of candidates through the hiring process, improved recruiting efficiency, and created a welcoming environment for on-site interviews.

John also gained experience in marketing during their time at Costco Wholesale and served as an intern at Focus Logistics Solutions and Sherwin Williams.

John Guercio attended The Ohio State University from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn.
