Sally Kang

Sally Kang has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as a Java Software Engineer at Alibaba Group (Koubei). Sally then transitioned to the role of Website Designer & Developer at the University of Toronto in 2020, where they led the redesign of the F&S department website and designed an additional microsite for promoting UofT's Climate Positive initiative. In 2022, Sally joined Tangelo as a Product Designer for a brief period before moving on to EQ Works, where they designed the UI/UX of a B2B SaaS business intelligence/data analytical product. At EQ Works, they also took the lead in designing the Lumen design system and standardized the design handoff process and issue reporting workflow. Currently, they are working as a Product Designer at Loop since 2022.

Sally Kang completed their high school education at Branksome Hall from 2011 to 2017, where they obtained their High School Diploma. During the same period, they also earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International Baccalaureate program. Later, Sally attended the University of Toronto from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science & Economics.
