Julia Moegel

Julia Moegel has extensive work experience in business development, sales, and market development. Julia is currently serving as the Global Director of New Business and Technology at Loparex since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager at CirComp GmbH, a subsidiary of Albany Engineered Composites Inc., from June 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they held the position of Sales Manager at Von Roll from October 2019 to May 2021. Julia also worked as the Product Group Manager for Thermoplastic Composite at SGL Group - The Carbon Company from April 2017 to September 2019. Julia gained significant experience at Johns Manville as a Business Development Manager from April 2011 to March 2017, where they focused on applications in composites with non-wovens, polyester honeycombs, and microsandwich structures. Julia started their career at INVISTA in April 2003 as a Sales and Market Development Manager and later moved to DuPont as a Market Development Manager from September 1998 to March 2003.

Julia Moegel started their education by attending Reutlingen University from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Textilwissenschaft as a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.). Julia then went on to EXport Akademie BW from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Internationales Marketing. In 2012, Julia attended amontis Consulting ag for a brief period to complete a Business Case für Projektmanagement course.
