Eddie Rodriguez has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Eddie started their career as an Area Personnel Supervisor at UPS in 1983, where they were responsible for staffing, orientation, and training. Eddie then worked as a Regional HR Manager at TSR Wireless/American Paging from 1996 to 1999, handling employee relations, staffing, and benefits. From 2000 to 2002, Eddie served as an HR Administrator at the Department of Rehabilitation Services Oklahoma. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Lopez Foods, Inc, where they oversee various HR functions for multiple plants, manages a budget of $1 million, and provides technical advice to others within the discipline.
Eddie Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Southern Nazarene University from 1988 to 1990. Eddie then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university, completing it from 1991 to 1993. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended the University of Oklahoma from 1981 to 1985, specializing in Petroleum Engineering. In addition to their academic qualifications, Eddie Rodriguez also obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2004.
