Chris Hart

Chris Hart has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple years. Chris is currently working as a Mentor in Recruitment & Career Coaching at the University of Essex. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Delivery & Academy Training Lead at Lorien, where they managed their own team and bridged the gap between two main divisions. Before that, Chris worked at Client Server as a Team Lead in infrastructure, DevOps, QA, security, and data. Chris was also the longest-serving team lead at the company. Additionally, they have experience as a Creator of a podcast called Mintally Speaking, as well as a blog called The Recruiter Index. Chris also served as a Contracts Sales Manager at Marlin Green Ltd and a Sales Manager/Major Account Manager at VMR Consultants. Chris also held roles at Square One, Eurobase People, and Rethink-Recruitment, where they managed accounts, built new business, and co-managed relationships with major clients.

Chris Hart attended South East Essex College from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Media Studies. Additionally, Chris obtained certifications as a Certified CBT Coach Practitioner from The Priority Academy and as a Mental Health Ambassador from Udemy in the year 2020.
