Chanel Buccola

Chanel Buccola is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruiting and talent relations. Currently serving as the Manager of Recruiting & Talent Relations for the Los Angeles Dodgers since May 2022, Chanel previously held positions at Meta as a Recruiting Coordinator and at USC Athletics in various human resources roles, including Human Resources Manager/Partner. Chanel’s earlier experience includes roles at HauteLook as a Human Resources Assistant and City Year as a Partner Teacher, along with an internship at the University of Southern California. Chanel holds an education from the University of Southern California and La Salle High School.
