Aisha N. Lowe

Aisha N. Lowe, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor at Los Rios Community College District since May 2024 and holds the position of Founder and CEO at an independent consultancy launched in 2009, aimed at simplifying research and evaluation for educational institutions. Previously, Aisha Lowe was the Executive Vice Chancellor for California Community Colleges, overseeing academic affairs and student services for 1.8 million community college students. Additional roles include Vice Chancellor at William Jessup University, Executive Director of STAND UP, Director of Research for the California Charter Schools Association, and involvement on various boards and committees focused on education reform and community service. Aisha Lowe earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Stanford University and possesses multiple degrees in education and sociology from Stanford and Alliant International University.
