Bill Miller

Bill Miller is an accomplished educator and leader in the field of chemistry, currently serving as the LRCFT Campus President at Sacramento City College, a role focused on enforcing contracts and supporting faculty through outreach and workshops. With extensive experience in teaching chemistry, Bill Miller has held positions as an Assistant Professor and Professor of Chemistry at Los Rios Community College District since 1999, instructing various courses including Preparatory Chemistry and General Chemistry. Additional appointments include serving as Professor of Chemistry at Prince George's Community College and multiple roles with the Los Rios College Federation of Teachers, demonstrating a commitment to faculty support and organizational leadership. Bill Miller also has a history of active involvement with the American Chemical Society, contributing significantly as Chair and Treasurer for the Sacramento Section. Bill Miller holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
