Cathy Hlubb

Cathy Hlubb, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Global Head of HR at Lotame since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at a private company from December 2011 to September 2021, along with a prior tenure as Human Resources Manager at another private company from September 2001 to September 2021. Cathy also held the position of Pathways to Success Director at CHRA from 2008 to 2011 and began a career in accounts payable at K Bank from 1996 to 2001. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Psychology from Villa Julie College, earned between 1997 and 2002, and a diploma in General Studies from Mount de Sales Academy.
