Jillian Anderson

Jillian Anderson is a Principal at Axiom Consulting Partners. She brings to the firm eight years of experience consulting to leaders seeking improved effectiveness through organizational and leadership transformations.

At Axiom, Jillian leads teams designing and executing strategic changes that further clients’ objectives related to growth, impact, experience, and execution. In her advisory relationships with leaders, she brings insights anchored in data and behavioral science to help them organize their work and teams in service of their highest-priority goals.

Prior to joining Axiom Consulting Partners, Jillian spent four years driving the day-to-day execution of a large medical research study at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where she served as lead regulatory liaison and conducted participant-facing research that informed major insights on chronic kidney disease. She has also served clients as a consulting intern at Towers Watson.

Jillian earned her Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, both from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Facilitator of the Hogan Leadership Assessment Suite. Her written work has been published in Talent Quarterly.
