Hervé Springael

Hervé Springael is an experienced Plant Manager at Lotus Bakeries, overseeing all operations at a production site with full P&L responsibility and managing a team of 250 collaborators since July 2019. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Manager at Continental Bakeries, where Hervé led a transformation project, and Directeur Opérationnel at Couplet Innovative Sugars, managing production, maintenance, and supply chain departments. Additional experience includes site management at DON-BAR, project management at Lepage SA, and production management roles at La Manufacture du Verre and Groupe Sucrier. Hervé holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electromechanics from HELHa, a Level 1 Prevention Advisor certification from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, a DES in Management from Ichec Brussels Management School, and has further education from Université catholique de Louvain.
