Stéphanie de Lange

Stéphanie De Lange has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Stéphanie started their career as a Junior HR Consultant at Hudson in 2006, where they gained experience in recruitment and selection for Public Sector companies. Stéphanie then progressed to the role of Senior HR Consultant/Teamleader at Hudson in 2008, where they specialized in recruitment and selection for various companies and fields of expertise. In 2013, Stéphanie joined Alpro as a Talent Sourcing and Development Advisor, responsible for talent identification, recruitment, and onboarding. Stéphanie later became an HR Business Partner and then HR Director, leading and implementing the HR strategy for commercial sites and headquarters. Stéphanie's most recent position is as Group HR Director at Lotus Bakeries, starting in 2019.

Stéphanie De Lange completed their education with a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Ghent, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sint-Bavo Humaniora in 2002, with a focus on Sciences - Mathematics, where they studied from 1997 to 2002.
