Maryellen Clarke currently serves as the FOIA Coordinator and previously held the role of Customer Service Specialist at Loudoun County Sheriff's Office since December 2020. Prior to this, Maryellen Clarke spent over two decades at the United States Postal Service, where roles included Manager of Customer Contact Internal & Contract Operations, overseeing operational performance and compliance, Manager of Customer Knowledge Management, focusing on customer satisfaction measurement, and Consumer Research Analyst, responsible for national consumer programs and a case management system. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from Florida State University, along with studies at George Mason University.
