Nick Probett

Nick Probett is an experienced professional in the field of elite sports education and management. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Elite Sport at Loughborough College since October 2015, Nick has successfully implemented and managed high-performance sport programs, achieving a success rate of over 90% for more than 1000 elite athlete learners annually. Previous roles include Elite Sport Manager and British Weightlifting Education Consultant, where Nick focused on team management, pedagogical training, and developing sport-specific qualifications. Earlier positions at TyneMet College and Gateshead College involved leading apprenticeship programs and strength coaching for various sports teams, including the England Women’s National Football team. Nick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sport Exercise Science from Northumbria University and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training from the University of Sunderland.
