Adhrua Minocha

Adhrua Minocha has an extensive work experience spanning several years. Adhrua began their career in 1999 as a Dy. Manager at Schenectady Herdillia Limited. Adhrua then worked as an HR Manager at GTL Limited from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Satyam Computer Services Ltd as a Functional Consultant - Oracle HRMS. After that, they worked at Reliance Communications as a Manager - Human Resources - Gateway Systems from 2004 to 2005. Adhrua then joined Pulsar Knowledge Centre as the Head of Human Resources from 2005 to 2011. Following that, they worked at M3M India Limited as an Assistant General Manager - HR from 2012 to 2013. Currently, they are working at Louis Dreyfus Company as the Head Human Resources - India.

Adhrua Minocha has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources from Symbiosis, Pune, which was obtained from 1997 to 1999. Adhrua also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bhopal School of Social Sciences, completed from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, Adhrua has a Master's Degree in Labor Law and Labor Welfare (MLL&LW) with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Law College, earned from 1997 to 1999. Adhrua has obtained certifications in Strategic Human Resources from HRCI and SHRM in 2022.
