Roberto Santos

Roberto Santos has extensive work experience in various IT roles. Roberto started their career in 1998 as an IT Support Analyst at NET Serviços de Comunicação S.A. Roberto then worked as an IT Technology Coordinator at DGX from 2001 to 2003. After that, they served as an IT Consultant at Alcoa and VISANET in 2003 and 2004, respectively. In 2005, Roberto joined ZF as an IT Infrastructure Coordinator. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at Firmenich as an IT Technical Support and Delivery Coordinator. Roberto then moved to C&A and held several positions, including IT Services Management Coordinator, IT Buyer and Technical Support Coordinator, IT Corporate Computing Manager, IT Infrastructure Solution Manager, and IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager. Their most recent positions include CTO - North Latam Region and Global Head of Enterprise Computing and Program Manager - Cloud Transformation at Louis Dreyfus Company.

Roberto Santos has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended the Universidade de Sorocaba and completed a degree in System Analysis in 1999. Later, in 2002, they enrolled in FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and successfully graduated in 2004. In 2013, Roberto attended FGV again, this time completing a program in Retail Business Management. Additionally, Roberto has obtained several certifications, including IGNITE Enterprise Accelerator, EXIN DevOps Professional, and Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) in recent years.
