Sofia Kühnel

Sofia Kühnel has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and positions. Sofia'smost recent role is as the Global Head of Learning in Talent Growth at Louis Dreyfus Company starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PharmaLex as the Global Head of Learning and Talent Development from 2022 to 2023. From 2013 to 2022, they held various roles at KPMG, including Head of Learning and Development at KPMG Spain, and Learning and Development Manager. Before that, they worked as a Lecturer at IE Business School from 2006 to 2019. Sofia also has experience at Overlap Consultores as a Key Account Manager and Senior Project Manager from 2008 to 2013, at Urban Science as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Quality Responsible, and Business Management Consultant from 2000 to 2008, at Dell Computer as an International Key Accounts Specialist in 1999, and at Caja Madrid as a Caja in 1997.

Sofia Kühnel obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1994 and 1999.
