Welby. Choate

Welby Choate has significant experience in maintenance management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Louis Dreyfus Company since January 2002, Welby has developed a strong background in overseeing maintenance operations. Prior to this role, Welby was the Principal and Owner of WC Land Improvements, LLC from March 2007 to March 2020, where responsibilities included grass cutting, clearing undeveloped properties, providing erosion control services, and managing irrigation and fencing projects. Welby holds an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Tennessee State Technical Institute, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
