Christopher Abbott has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Christopher started their career in the US Marine Corps as an SGT. from 1989 to 1995. Following that, they worked at Southwest Airlines in various roles, including Ramp Agent and Project Manager. From 2010 to 2020, Christopher held multiple positions at Community Coffee, such as Applications Manager and Senior Information Technology Manager. Christopher then joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana as a Lead ITSM Analyst and Senior Project Manager. Currently, Christopher is serving as the Director of Information Technology at Louisiana Fish Fry Products.
Christopher Abbott obtained their Associates of Arts degree in General Studies from Valencia College from 2002 to 2003. Christopher then pursued their Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Management of Information Systems from Dallas Baptist University from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Christopher Abbott also obtained several certifications. These certifications include ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2020, SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2019, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2009.
