Lucy Williams

Lucy Williams has extensive experience in the field of learning and development, having worked as the Head of Learning and Development at Loungers plc and as a Senior Training and Development Specialist at JD Wetherspoon. In their role, Lucy manages a team of Training Development Managers and Regional Trainers, designs and implements learning strategies, prioritizes and delegates training support, develops engaging training tools, introduces innovative training technology, engages with stakeholders to build a strong network, project manages completion of materials, evaluates training results, and effectively manages training budgets. Lucy has also held positions as a Regional Trainer and Pub Manager.
