Kurubel Asgedom

Kurubel is responsible for project management and development functions for Concord Communities, Lowe’s wholly-owned affordable housing subsidiary. Previously, Kurubel held senior project management roles within Washington REIT and Jones Lang LaSalle in the Washington DC market. Kurubel has over 20 years of retail and office commercial real estate experience. He lives in Rockville, Maryland with his wife, Helen, and daughter. enjoys travel, running and playing tennis. Education: UC Berkeley; B.A. Architecture; NYU, MS Real Estate Development.
