Kyle Jenkins

Kyle is responsible for deal sourcing and development management in Los Angeles and underwriting, capitalization, and transaction execution for all of Southern California. In his career, Kyle has closed over $500 million in transaction volume and managed over $350 million in assets. Kyle is a Board Member of the Westside Urban Forum and a member of ULI. Previously, he worked in acquisitions and asset management at Tryperion Partners, a real estate investment firm, and in urban development at RCLCO, a real estate consulting firm.
