Michelle Lyons

Chell Lyons is a Climate Change Research Fellow at Lowy Institute, with previous experience as a Sir Roland Wilson PhD scholar at ANU College of Asia & the Pacific/DCCEEW. They have held various roles in government departments such as Assistant Director at the Department of the Environment and Energy, Assistant Review Director at the Climate Change Authority, and Acting Assistant Director at the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency. Lyons also has experience in research analysis roles at Time Inc. and Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia. They hold a Master of Policy Studies from UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts (Media) Hons. from UNSW.
