Jun Yin

Principal Computational Biologist, Team Lead at Loxo Oncology

Jun Yin has a diverse background in scientific research and computational biology. They most recently worked at Loxo Oncology at Lilly as a Principal Computational Biologist and Team Lead. Prior to that, Jun served as a Senior Research Scientist at Caris Life Sciences, where they specialized in translational and clinical research. They also have experience as a Research Scientist at Advocate Aurora Health, where they led a team in biomarker discovery for breast cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and drug resistance. Jun has also held positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center and as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida.

Jun Yin earned a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Xi'an University of Technology in 2008. They went on to complete a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Florida from 2009 to 2012. Jun Yin continued their education at the University of Florida and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemical Engineering, with a minor in Statistics, from 2012 to 2015.
