Sarah Wood has a strong background in marketing and customer experience. Sarah is currently the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience at Loyalty NZ since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Campaign and Channels Manager at Covid-19 Group from December 2020 to August 2022. From January 2018 to August 2022, they served as the Customer & Brand Manager at the Department of Conservation (DOC). Earlier in their career, they held the position of Head of Marketing and Development at the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra from January 2015 to December 2017. Sarah also has experience as the Director of Marketing and Recruitment at Massey University from 2005 to 2014.

Sarah Wood attended Massey University from 1993 to 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a concentration in Marketing.
