Donna Diblik

Donna Diblik has a strong background in accounting and finance, with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Donna is currently working as the Regional Director of Accounting at Loyola Medicine since April 2021. Before that, they served as the Regional Controller at AMITA Health from May 2019 to April 2020, overseeing a team of 13 accounting staff and managing the monthly financial close process.

Prior to that, Donna held the position of System Director of General Accounting at AMITA Heath/Presence Health from July 2013 to April 2019. In this role, they directed a team of 27 accounting staff and led the reorganization of the finance structure to a shared services model. Donna also implemented process improvements, reducing the days for month-end close from 10 days to 4 days.

Earlier in their career, Donna worked as the Business Unit CFO at Our Lady of the Resurrection, where they were responsible for the financial operations and financial reporting of the medical center. During their tenure, they improved operating results by $4M over two years through revenue-enhancing and cost-containment initiatives.

Donna has also held various roles at Resurrection Health Care/Presence Health, including Controller, Assistant Director, and Senior Financial Analyst from 1994 to 2009.

Donna Diblik attended Marquette University from 1990 to 1994. Donna obtained a CPA certification in 1996.
