Kathy Bakke

Kathy Bakke is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Executive Vice President, Human Capital Client Consulting at LPL Financial since April 2007. In this role, Kathy leads a team of over 60 HR professionals, supporting a workforce of more than 6,000 employees, and oversees strategic HR functions including Employee Relations and Workforce Data Analytics. Prior to this position, Kathy held several leadership roles at LPL Financial, including Executive Vice President of Operations & Total Rewards and SVP of Human Resources, where strategic direction was provided for human capital practices. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Director and HR Manager at USinternetworking from 1998 to 2006. Kathy holds an MS in Organization Development from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
