Charlène Sire

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is a nursing informatics professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene specializes as a clinical documentation expert and leads initiatives in care planning and patient bedside education. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application took place. Additionally, Charlene contributed to modeling clinical concepts as a Senior Business Consultant for Kaiser Permanente IT and has experience as a staff nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
