Joe Legrand

Joe LeGrand has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Joe is currently the Director of Talent at LRS Healthcare since October 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at LRS Healthcare from April 2022. Before joining LRS Healthcare, Joe was the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Children's Hospital & Medical Center - Omaha from May 2018 to August 2021. Joe also worked as a Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Nebraska Medicine from 2015 to 2018 and as a Corporate Recruiting Manager at Cummins Central Power from 2013 to 2015. Starting their career, Joe worked as a Corporate Recruiter at NMC, Inc from 2008 to 2013 and as an Owner/Operator Recruiter at Werner Enterprises from 2006 to 2008. Prior to entering the recruiting field, they worked as a PE/Health Teacher and Coach at Liberty Public School District from 2002 to 2006.

Joe LeGrand received their Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Physical Education from Midland University. Joe pursued their studies from 1997 to 2002.
