Khia Davis

Khia Davis serves as the Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Engagement at LS Power since July 2021. Prior to this role, Khia held the position of Diversity Work Life Program Manager at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from December 2019 to July 2021. Khia's experience includes a significant tenure at Bayer as the US Compliance Learning and Communications Manager and as Human Resources Director/Business Partner at Global Health Clubs. Earlier career roles included Consultant Onboarding Coordinator and Training Coordinator at Brown Brothers Harriman and Morgan Stanley, respectively, as well as HR Consulting for various companies. Khia's military background includes service as a Sergeant in the US Army Reserves. Educational credentials include a Master's in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Spanish from the University at Albany.
