Hayley Duckworth Trammell

Hayley Duckworth Trammell has a diverse range of work experience. Hayley began their career as a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut in 2013 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined the Grand Hotel as an Event Assistant and stayed with the company until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as an Event Manager at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel. In 2020, they joined Foley Sports Tourism as an Event Worker and worked there until early 2021. Currently, Hayley is employed at the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates, where they have held multiple roles including Event Coordinator, Event Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Education & Training.

Hayley Duckworth Trammell began their education at Pensacola State College in 2011, where they obtained an associate's degree in Business/Commerce, General in 2013. Hayley continued their education at the same institution and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Leadership College from Tony Moore, The Culture Architect in October 2022, COREageous Conversations Certificate from PCH University in March 2020, Tips On Premises from Health Communications, Inc. (The TIPS Program) in December 2019, Employee Engagement Certificate from the University of South Alabama in September 2018, and Standard First Aid, CPR and AED from the American Heart Association in June 2020.
