Steve Wood

Steve Wood has over 10 years of work experience in various product management and analytics roles. Steve is currently the Director of Product, Growth at LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it), where they have been working since March 2022. Previously, from 2020 to April 2022, they served as the Director of Product at Rhythm. Before that, from 2017 to 2020, Steve worked at Shutterstock as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager. Prior to Shutterstock, they were employed at Sailthru, where they held multiple roles including Product Manager, Senior Optimization Analyst, and Account Analyst from 2013 to 2017. Steve's early career includes roles as a Logistics Analyst and Retail Sales Representative at Reckitt Benckiser from 2011 to 2013, as well as a Fitness Associate at the University of Florida from 2009 to 2011. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth and improve client success.

Steve Wood earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Florida. In addition, they obtained the certifications of Pragmatic Marketer from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in June 2017 and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in August 2016.
