Prior to this, Rosa held positions at various pharmaceutical companies, including Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte, APOSAN Dr. Künzer GmbH, Rodisma-Med Pharma GmbH, and Die Grünenthal Gruppe, where Rosa gained experience in areas such as research, manufacturing, quality control, and pharmaceutical practice. Rosa completed their education at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, obtaining a 3. Staatsexamen - Approbation zur Apothekerin in Pharmazie.
