Jamie Hersh

Jamie Hersh has a strong background in accounting, finance, and executive recruitment. Jamie started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte in 1986. Jamie then worked at Capital Bank NA as an Assistant Controller, where they handled accounting, finance, and financial reporting. At Restaurant Services, Inc., they served as the Director of Procurement, overseeing the strategic sourcing of over $1 billion in food and beverage products. Jamie also worked as the Controller, building the finance and accounting department from scratch. Jamie then joined Compass Group, NA as the Vice President of Food and Beverage Procurement, where they implemented strategic sourcing efforts and supervised a team of 30 people. Jamie later joined SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC as the Manager of Professional Search, focusing on business development and candidate recruitment. Jamie continued their career at SolomonEdwardsGroup as the Manager of Business Advisory Services, collaborating with businesses to deliver valuable consulting services. Currently, Jamie works at Lucas Group as the Senior Managing Partner of the Accounting and Finance Division, leading a team of executive recruiters to find top professionals and match them with the best companies.

Jamie Hersh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with High Honors from the University of Florida, as well as a Master of Accountancy degree from the same institution.
