Gaurav Malhotra

Gaurav Malhotra is a Partner at Lucas Horsfall, where since February 1999, Gaurav has led the M&A department, guiding clients through the complex process of selling their businesses. In addition to their role at Lucas Horsfall, Gaurav has served as an Independent Director for multiple organizations, including Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services since January 2014, Fry Reglet Corporation since December 2016, and American Business Bank since October 2015. Previously, Gaurav worked as an Accountant at PSE from 1997 to 1999. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1997. Education also includes time at The Scindia School, which has been part of Gaurav’s academic experience since 1990.
