Leza Ogren

Leza Ogren, LICSW, has a rich work history in the behavioral health field. Leza is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Lucet, formerly known as New Directions + Tridiuum. Prior to this, Leza worked as the Director of Network Adequacy and Strategy at Optum Behavioral Health from September 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they held various roles at Beacon Health Options, including AVP of Aftercare Strategy and Operations, Director of Aftercare Strategy and Services, Program Director, and Clinical Manager for Well Sense. Leza's experience spans from 2015 to the present, consistently demonstrating their expertise and commitment to the field.

Leza Ogren, LICSW, received their Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Simmons School of Social Work from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Child Development at Connecticut College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
