Silke Grainger

Silke Grainger has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Silke started their career as a Microbiology professional at Rexall Sundown in 2001. Silke then worked as a Sales Representative at VWR International from 2005 to 2010 before assuming the role of Territory Manager for Florida and Puerto Rico at BD from 2010 to 2011. Silke later rejoined VWR International as a Region Manager NW from 2011 to 2013. After that, they served as the Director of Sales Western US at Sartorius IncuCyte from 2013 to 2016, followed by a role as the Western Area Manager United States at ChargePoint Technology from 2017 to 2021. Silke then joined Thomas Scientific, where they held various roles including VP of Sales West, Sr. VP of Sales Strategic Alliance Program, and Senior Vice President Strategic Alliance Partners from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they work as the Vice President of Product Strategy at Lucid Scientific starting in 2024. Throughout their career, Silke has demonstrated expertise in sales management, business development, and strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on life sciences, particularly pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, and cell and gene therapies.

Silke Grainger completed a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry at Florida Atlantic University from 1999 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business at Lynn University from 2007 to 2009.
