Jessica Tindall

Jessica Tindall has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Jessica worked at LucidHealth as the Director of Learning and Development since 2018. In this role, they managed HR, L&D, billing, finance, operations, and IT technology & support for a multi-state MSO. Prior to this, Jessica was the Practice & Physician Onboarding Manager at LucidHealth. Jessica also served as the Learning and Development Lead at the same company.

Before joining LucidHealth, Jessica worked at The Ohio State University College of Medicine as an Education Resource Specialist/Simulationist from 2014 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for simulation curriculum, faculty development, and designing simulation faculty development opportunities.

Jessica's earlier experience includes working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as a Registered Respiratory Therapist from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they also worked as an ICU clinical instructor, as well as a lab instructor and lecturer for the Respiratory Therapy program at the university.

Jessica Tindall attended The Ohio State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from 2006 to 2011. Jessica then pursued a Master of Science degree in Allied Health Education from 2011 to 2013 at the same university.
