Chris Petro

Chris Petro has over 20 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Chris is currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Lucky Orange since January 2023. Prior to this, Chris worked at Broadridge as the Director of Software Development from October 2020 to December 2022. Chris also held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Broadridge from August 2018 to September 2020. Before Broadridge, Chris worked at FireMon as a Software Architect from May 2017 to July 2018. Chris also worked at Rhythm Engineering as a Team Lead from July 2015 to May 2017 and as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2014 to July 2015. Chris gained experience in leadership roles at Adknowledge, where they served as a Team Lead for Data Insights & Operations from October 2013 to October 2014, and as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2010 to July 2013. Chris's early career included roles as a Lead Application Developer at Emory University from 2007 to 2010, a Software Engineer at Earthlink, Inc. from August 2003 to November 2007, and a Tivoli Programmer at IBM Global Services from December 2000 to August 2003. Chris Petro completed their Bachelors degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued a BBA in Computer Information Systems at Georgia State University from 1997 to 2000.
