Lou Pollitt

Lou Pollitt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They worked as a Category & Insights Director at Lucky Saint | B Corp™ since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Ecommerce Business Owner at Lotus Bakeries from April 2021 to March 2023. They also worked at Urban Fresh Foods Ltd (BEAR Nibbles) as the Director of Category Development for Lotus Natural Foods UK from April 2016 to April 2021, and as the Head of Category and Consumer Insights from July 2014 to April 2016. At innocent drinks, they held the positions of Grocery Category Manager from April 2013 to June 2014, and Business Operations Specialist from February 2012 to April 2013. Lou also worked at Hay Group as an Executive Remuneration Consultant from October 2008 to September 2011.

Lou Pollitt attended the University of Cambridge from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Natural Sciences at Queens' College. Additionally, Lou obtained certifications in Mental Health First Aid from MHFA England® in 2023 and in Complete Skilled Negotiator from The Gap Partnership in 2022.
