Philipp Groll

Philipp Groll serves as a Senior Legal Counsel in M&A Law & Restructuring at Lufthansa since May 2023. Prior to this role, Philipp held positions as a Senior Associate and Associate at DLA Piper from May 2017 to July 2021, focusing on Corporate M&A and Private Equity. Additionally, Philipp was an Associate at K&L Gates, specializing in the same fields from August 2016 to April 2017. Early experience includes a Referendar position at the Deutsch-Portugiesische Industrie- und Handelskammer, providing bilingual legal advice, and various roles at Bögner Hensel & Partner Rechtsanwälte and the Deutsche Botschaft Brasília, where responsibilities included legal analysis and political reporting.
