Marjorie Hernandez has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Marjorie is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at The Dematerialised since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Founder and Managing Partner at LUKSO starting from September 2017.

Additionally, Marjorie has been involved in different organizations and companies. Marjorie served as a Board Member at Bundesblock from November 2020 to November 2021. Marjorie was also a Chapter Ambassador at Singularity University from July 2018 to October 2020.

Before their current positions, Marjorie worked at EY as an Innovation Lab Manager from September 2016 to September 2017. During their time at EY, they were also involved in Digital Strategy, Service Design, and Innovation. Prior to EY, Marjorie worked as a Freelance Brand Experience and Brand Strategy professional from 2014 to September 2016.

Earlier in their career, Marjorie gained experience in Brand Experience and Architecture at dan pearlman GmbH in 2013. Marjorie also worked as an Academic Assistant at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar from 2012 to 2013. In the beginning, they started their career as a Junior Architect at LAB.PRO.FAB from 2008 to 2009.

Marjorie Hernandez has a Master's Degree in Media and Architecture from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. Marjorie also holds a MFA in Media Study from the University at Buffalo. In addition, they have a degree in Art Direction for Film & Fashion from the University of the Arts London. Marjorie also obtained a Master's Degree in Architecture from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. Furthermore, they have a certification in Innovation of Products and Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking, which they obtained from the EMERITUS Institute of Management in June 2017.
