Tom later joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Senior Research Manager, managing marketing research projects for various brands. In 1994, Tom founded their own marketing research company called The Link Group, where they currently serve as the Founder and Managing Partner, specializing in healthcare, retail, technology, and consumer packaged goods industries.
