OVERALL PURPOSE

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate seeking to kick-start their career. You will gain experience in the FinTech industry within a fast and dynamic environment. You will be joining our established Business Development team where you will be exposed to various operational processes.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will work closely with multiple teams to manage the end-to-end operations process and to successfully assist customers with one of our latest and greatest products, Lulapay. Your work will not only encourage business owners to apply for the Lulapay product but also ensure they have an exceptional product experience stemming from an operational and customer perspective. You will be a driving force in helping Lulapay scale quickly and successfully.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations in a proactive and innovative manner
  • Providing first-line customer support with expert knowledge of our product offering
  • Liaising between several teams within Lula to timeously escalate customer queries in an effective manner.
  • Assist the team in onboarding new business in order to grow the Lulapay product
  • Assist with the backend operational processes of Lulapay applications
  • Understand reasons for and comply with the said rules and regulations set out by Lula to ensure operations are completed to the highest level of integrity
  • Engage in other ad-hoc projects as needed to support the Lulapay team's objectives

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s Degree within any specialisation
  • Preferably 3 to 6 months of experience in a client-facing role
  • Whizz with technology (Experience with Google Suite is desirable)
  • Communication superstar with high energy
  • A knack for sales and negotiation
  • Exceptional administrative ability
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Basic numeracy and writing skills
