Chris Stols has over 10 years of experience in sales and business development. In 2010, they began their career at Panasonic USA as an Inside Sales Manager and Inside Sales Team Lead. In 2012, they were contracted as a Sales and Product Manager at Telquest Direct, where they oversaw the addition of emerging VOIP product lines into the company portfolio and trained existing sales teams. In 2013, they became a Manager of Inside Sales and Inside Sales Operations for US East, Israel, and Canada at Radware. In 2015, they moved to Micro Strategies Inc. as a Manager of Lead Development and Inside Sales Operations. In 2017, they joined OwnBackup as a Senior Manager of Sales Development, where they hired, trained, and expanded the team from two to twenty-one Sales Development Representatives. In 2018, they became Director of Global Sales Development & Sales Development Operations at Vidyo (Acquired by Enghouse Systems), where they revamped the Sales Development initiative, achieved the Vidyo “MVP” Rookie award, and developed campaigns between the Sales, Marketing, Renewals, and Product organizations. In 2019, they joined HR Acuity as Director of Sales Development and Sales Operations, where they transitioned an outsourced SDR (Sales Development Rep) function to an in-house SDR team. In 2020, they became Director Global Business Development, Director, Business Development and Marketing Operations, Global, and Director Of Business Development at Liferay. Currently, they are Head of Global Business Development at Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl).

Chris Stols graduated from William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government and a minor in History. Prior to that, they attended DePaul Catholic High School.
