Nathaniel Adkins

Nathaniel Adkins is a seasoned professional in compliance and loss prevention within the cannabis industry, currently serving as the Compliance and Loss Prevention Manager at Lume Cannabis Co. since October 2019. Nathaniel oversees compliance for 38 retail locations, manages interactions with regulatory bodies, and ensures safety and security in both indoor and outdoor cultivation settings. Prior to this role, Nathaniel held various positions including Launch Team/Compliance Manager and Area Manager. Nathaniel also has a background in coaching, having served as an Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach at Davenport University and a Defensive Coordinator at Forest Hills Public Schools, where achievements include a state championship and a Final Four appearance.
