Steve Rourke

Steve Rourke is currently the Director/Underwriting at Lument since April 2021. Prior to that, Steve held the position of Vice President at Newmark Knight Frank from August 2019 to April 2021, focusing on Agency Underwriting. Steve also worked as a Sr Underwriter at CBRE from March 2015 to August 2019, specializing in Fannie Mae DUS Underwriting. With a history of leadership roles in various companies such as Boston Capital, Spaulding & Slye Colliers, and MetLife, Steve brings a wealth of experience in asset management, underwriting, and investment analysis. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
